PAHS新标准AfPS GS 2019:01 PAK实施

    多环芳烃PAHS新规范AfPS GS 2019:01 PAK由德国产品安全委员会（AfPS）在2019年5月份发布，并于2020年7月1日正式实施。

自2020年7月1日起PAHS新规范将取代AfPS GS 2014:01 PAK，成为签发GS证书的强制性规范文件。
AfPS GS 2019:01 PAK相比AfPS GS 2014:01 PAK，2019版本主要有以下几点变化：
1、PAHS管控物质由原来的18项减少为15项：
   减少的物质为：
苊 (Acenaphthene, CAS No.83-32-9)、
苊烯（Acenaphthylene, CAS No.208-96-8）、
芴 (Fluorene, CAS No.86-73-7)
2、PAHS多环芳烃产品类别进行了调整
  将2009/48/EC范围内的玩具材料全部归入1类材料进行管控；
  将预计与皮肤长时间接触(超过 30 秒)的3岁以下儿童使用的产品材料从2类材料改为1类材料进行管控。
第2，3类产品再分别细分为儿童产品和其它产品。
AfPS GS 2014:01 PAK规定的产品类别：

类别Category 1	类别Category 2		类别Category 3
放入口中的材料，或和皮肤长时间接触的玩具材料（超过30秒） The material can be placed in the mouth, or the toy material long time contact with skin (more than 30 seconds).	未包含在类别1中，和皮肤会长时间接触（超过30秒），或者和皮肤反复短时间接触的材料 Not included in Category 1, the material long time contact with skin (more than 30 seconds) or contact with the skin repeatedly short time.		未包含在类别1和2中，和皮肤短期接触（不超过30秒）的材料 Not included in Category 1  or Category 2, the materials in contact with the skin short time (less than 30 seconds).

AfPS GS 2019:01 PAK规定的产品类别：

意图放入口中的材料，或者2009/48/EC范围内的玩具材料或预计与皮肤长时间接触(超过30秒)的3岁以下儿童使用的产品材料 Materials that are intended to be put in the mouth, or materials in toys according to 2009/48/EC or materials in articles for use by children up to three years with long-term skin contact (longer than 30s) when used as directed.	除了类别 1 之外，可预见长时间接触皮肤(超过 30秒)或者重复短时间接触皮肤的材料 Except for category 1, predictable prolonged skin contact (over 30 seconds) or repeated short contact skin material		除了类别 1 和 2 之外，可预见短时间接触皮肤(不超过 30 秒)的材料 In addition to categories 1 and 2, available foresee short-term skin contact (no more than 30 seconds)

3、虽然新标准里面同类别限值与原来保持一致，但由于产品归属类别进行调整，所以实际等于降低了部分产品的限值。
